The 2026 WeTeach_CS Summit is a 2-day event which educates, empowers, and inspires K-12 CS and Cybersecurity teachers, advocates, administrators, professional development providers, university instructors, and policymakers to advance the goal of CS for All in Texas and beyond. This year’s Summit will be held on June 15 & 16, in San Antonio, TX, at La Cantera Resort & Spa. Approximately 700 CS and Cybersecurity champions will be in attendance.

2026 Exhibitor Hall Information

This year, the Exhibitor Hall will only be open for 1 day, on Monday, June 15.

Cost

  • Single Booth / 2 Staff Members: $750 - includes 1 6ft table, 10' x 10' area, black tablecloth, 2 chairs

  • Single Booth / 3 staff Members: $850 - includes 1 6ft table, 10' x 10' area, black tablecloth, 3 chairs

  • Double Booth / 4 Staff Members: $1,200 - includes 2 6ft tables, 10' x 20' area, black tablecloths, 4 chairs

  • Double Booth / 5 Staff Members: $1,350 - includes 2 6ft tables, 10' x 20' area, black tablecloths, 5 chairs

Included:

  • 1-Day engagement with attendees on Monday, June 15
  • Dedicated Exhibitor Hall Time at 10:45 -11:30am
  • Exhibitor Fair at 3:00-5:00pm
  • Branding on website, signs, and materials
  • 700+ attendees from multiple states

Not Included:

  • Electricity: To purchase power for your booth, go to shop.inspiresolutions.com/events/322183, and enter password: WeTeach26. Under the Power section, select 15A/120V Power Drop/Electric Service for $85 which includes power, power strip and cord. The total final cost will include labor and service charges plus tax.

Exhibitor Lodging

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to provide a hotel room block at La Cantera for exhibitors this year. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging their own lodging and may choose any accommodation that best fits their needs at hotels nearby.
