Empowering grades 6–8 educators with the tools, training, and resources needed to meaningfully integrate the Technology Applications TEKS into their instructional practice.

Launch_Middle School is a highly interactive three‑day hybrid professional learning experience aligned to the 2024–2025 Technology Applications TEKS. The workshop integrates computational thinking, computer science, cybersecurity, and AI into middle school instruction while introducing block‑based coding, physical computing, and text‑based programming. Participants leave with multiple TEKS‑aligned lesson activities and classroom resources to support implementation and student engagement.

Upcoming Workshops

Each workshop spans 2 or 3 in-person days and an asynchronous course, providing all necessary resources and materials to help you successfully train your students in these essential 21st-century skills (including up to $400 worth of physical computing kits).
